Health-eSolutions helps organizations focus their business strategies, exit unprofitable or non-strategic businesses and launch new product lines. We typically work with senior management and Boards of organizations that are looking for an additional breadth of expertise for a specific period of time. Through the vast experience represented by our firm and the operational background of the consulting staff itself, Health-eSolutions has acquired a "nuts and bolts" approach to its consultations. While many consultants leave their clients with books of analyses and recommendations, Health-eSolutions is concerned with implementing solutions; it directs its energies toward executing the programs and products indicated by its research.
