Experience
HeS has provided consulting services since 1982. Each consultant has a specific area of expertise and hands-on experience that has been acquired from both for-profit and not-for-profit settings. We assign a senior consultant to act as project director for each engagement. This individual is responsible for overall project direction and quality assurance and remains actively involved in each phase of the consultation. The project director may bring in associates as needed, but he or she will remain the key contact person for the client and maintain responsibility for project results throughout the engagement.

Health-eSolutions is concerned with identifying solutions that will enable the client organization to remain or become a market leader in its community. We direct our energies toward understanding the client environment, defining practical solutions and providing guidance in their implementation.

Team Approach
Rather than operating in isolation, as some consultants do, we work as part of the client's team. We may act as interim director or project manager; pulling together the requisite components and setting in motion the processes and procedures for success.
